BuildingFox provides AI-powered building intelligence reports that include market position analysis, quality scores, financial analysis, violation checks, permit reviews, and resident sentiment data for residential properties. Reports are generated using publicly available data and verified sources.

3. Use of Service

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service to:

Research residential properties for personal or professional purposes
Make informed decisions about property purchases or rentals
Access building reports you have purchased

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose

4. Payment and Pricing

BuildingFox reports are sold on a per-report basis at $19.99 per report. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Reports do not expire and remain accessible after purchase.

5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, our reports are based on publicly available data and may contain errors or omissions. BuildingFox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in our reports.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by BuildingFox and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchased reports are licensed for your personal or professional use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display reports without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildingFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuildingFox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

10. Refund Policy
